Water damage diagnosis takes 1-2 days for proper assessment. We need to thoroughly test all components to see what's damaged. If only cleaning is needed, we may finish same day. If parts need replacing, add 1-2 days for repair.
Pricing depends on what's damaged. Internal cleaning service starts at $80. If components need replacement (screen, battery, etc.), we'll provide a quote after diagnosis. The cleaning fee is waived if you proceed with part replacement. Visit or call 407-477-5500 for in-store diagnosis.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT turn it on or charge it! Power can cause short circuits. Don't put it in rice (doesn't help). Instead: 1) Power it off immediately if it's on, 2) Remove case and SIM card, 3) Pat dry with towel, 4) Bring it to us ASAP. The faster you act, the better your chances.
Water/liquid damage is not covered by manufacturer warranties or our repair warranties. However, if we replace damaged parts during water damage repair, those new parts come with our standard 90-day warranty.
